All AUTOMIFYA plans are one-time payments. There are no recurring fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden costs from us. The only recurring costs you'll have are your hosting fees (typically $3–15/month, paid directly to your host) and your domain name renewal (typically $10–15/year).

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no hidden charges. If your project requires third-party services (e.g., a premium font license or stock photos), we'll discuss those upfront before you commit.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference. For example, if you start with the Starter plan at $79.90 and later decide you want the Business plan at $99.90, you'd pay the $20 difference. Downgrades are handled case by case — contact us and we'll find a fair solution.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

Yes. If your project falls outside our standard plans — for example, a 30-page site, a custom web application, or an enterprise e-commerce store — we offer custom quotes. Contact us with your requirements and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with a tailored estimate.

Most projects follow this timeline: we deliver a working draft within 5 business days of receiving all your content. After your revision rounds, the final site typically launches within 7–10 business days total. Professional plan clients receive priority handling with a guaranteed 5-day delivery window.

To get started, we'll need: your business name and logo (or brief if you need one designed), copy/text for each page, any photos or graphics you want to use, your brand colors (if you have them), and examples of websites you like. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we'll guide you through our onboarding questionnaire after you place your order.

Revision rounds vary by plan: Starter includes 2 rounds, Business includes 4 rounds, and Professional includes unlimited revisions throughout the build process. A "revision round" means you review the draft, send us a consolidated list of changes, and we implement them. Scope changes (adding new pages or features) may require a separate quote.

After launch, we monitor your site's performance and uptime for 30 days (Professional plan: 12 months). During that window, any bugs, broken links, or display issues are fixed at no charge. After that, ongoing maintenance is available on request or via a maintenance retainer.

No. Every AUTOMIFYA website is hand-coded in pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We do not use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or any page builder. This approach gives you maximum performance, security (no plugin vulnerabilities), and long-term maintainability.

Hand-coded sites load 3–10x faster than WordPress equivalents, score higher on Lighthouse, have zero plugin security vulnerabilities, and never break due to a plugin update. They also cost less to host and are easier to migrate between hosts. The trade-off is that content updates require editing HTML — we make that easy with clean, commented code and optional CMS add-ons on request.

Yes. We deliver clean, well-commented HTML that any developer can edit. If you want to make updates yourself, we'll provide a brief walkthrough of the file structure. Alternatively, you can send us content update requests — minor text and image updates are included for 30 days post-launch (Professional: 12 months). Larger updates can be quoted separately.

Yes, always. Every site we build is fully responsive and tested across iPhone, Android, tablets, and all major desktop browsers. Mobile-first design is part of our standard process, not an add-on.

Yes. Every plan includes on-page SEO basics: optimized title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, and semantic HTML. Business and Professional plans add Schema.org structured data and Google Search Console setup. Professional also includes local SEO markup and keyword research for your target pages.

We target Lighthouse ≥95 across all four categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Our typical results are 96–100. We also target Core Web Vitals: LCP ≤ 2.0s, CLS ≤ 0.05, and INP ≤ 200ms. If your delivered site fails to meet these thresholds on a standard connection, we fix it at no charge.

Every plan includes: keyword-optimized title tags and meta descriptions, proper heading structure (H1/H2/H3 hierarchy), image alt tags, canonical tags, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and Open Graph / Twitter Card tags. Business and Professional plans also include Schema.org structured data (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, or Product as appropriate) and Google Search Console integration.

No. No legitimate SEO provider can guarantee specific Google rankings — search rankings depend on many factors outside any developer's control (competition, domain age, content quality, backlinks, algorithm updates). What we do guarantee is that your site will be technically optimized to give you the best possible foundation for ranking. Most clients see measurable organic growth within 60–90 days of launch.

100%. You own every line of code, every image, every file. AUTOMIFYA retains no rights, licenses, or claims over your site or its content. If you ever cancel your hosting, move providers, or stop working with us, you keep everything.

We don't sell hosting directly, but we'll help you set it up. We recommend providers like Hostinger, SiteGround, or Cloudflare Pages depending on your needs and budget. Basic shared hosting starts around $3–5/month; faster options range from $10–15/month. We'll configure your hosting and deploy your site as part of the project.

You can move or cancel at any time with no penalties. We'll provide a complete ZIP archive of all your website files — HTML, CSS, images, everything. You can upload these files to any host you choose. Because we don't use WordPress or proprietary software, there's zero lock-in.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods it may be slightly longer, but we'll always acknowledge receipt of your message. If your request is urgent, mention it in your subject line.

A revision is a round of feedback you send after reviewing a draft. You can include multiple changes in one round — text updates, color tweaks, layout adjustments, image swaps — and we'll implement them together. What's not included in a revision: adding entirely new pages or features that weren't in the original scope (those are quoted separately).

Yes. Additional pages can be added to any plan at a flat rate per page. Pricing depends on page complexity — a simple service page is quoted differently from a full e-commerce product page with custom functionality. Contact us with your requirements for a fast quote.
