We are so confident in the quality of our work that every AUTOMIFYA website comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your delivered website, we will refund 100% of your payment — no questions asked.
Our track record: We maintain a <0.3% refund rate across 1,200+ projects. We earn your satisfaction before we ever need this policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your final website delivery
- You have not approved the final design (once you give written approval, the project is considered complete)
- The request is submitted by the original purchaser
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@automifya.es with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
- Briefly describe why you're requesting a refund (optional — we ask only to improve our service)
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
- Projects where final design approval has been given in writing
- Add-on services separately billed after project completion
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock photos) if purchased on your behalf
Revisions Instead of Refunds
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request revisions. We offer unlimited revisions and are committed to making changes until you are satisfied. Most dissatisfaction issues are resolved through the revision process.
