Onboarding & Discovery (Day 1)
After you choose your plan, you'll receive a short onboarding form — typically 10–15 minutes to complete. We ask about your business, target customers, design preferences, competitors, and goals. This is where we learn everything we need to build a site that truly represents you.
Within 4 business hours of receiving your form, your dedicated project lead will review it and reach out to confirm details or ask follow-up questions.
Design & Development (Days 2–5)
Our team gets to work. We design and build your website using our proven framework — mobile-first, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused from the ground up. Every element is carefully crafted: typography, colors, imagery, copy structure, and call-to-action placement.
Your website is built on clean, fast code (or your preferred CMS) and tested across all major devices and browsers before we share it with you.
Review & Revisions (Days 5–7)
You receive a private preview link. Review every page, every word, every element. Tell us what you'd like changed — and we mean everything. Text, colors, layout, photos, fonts, tone. We'll make as many rounds of revisions as it takes until you're completely satisfied.
Most projects require 1–3 revision rounds. Our 4.9/5 satisfaction score exists because we don't close a project until you're genuinely happy.
Launch & Handoff (Day 7)
Once you approve the final design, we launch your website. We handle all technical details: DNS configuration, SSL certificate, sitemap submission to Google, and (on Growth/Premium plans) Google Analytics 4 and Search Console setup.
You receive full ownership of all files, assets, and accounts. We walk you through how to make basic edits and provide a 30-day post-launch support window for any questions.
